About Jack
Jack's background in compliance, KYC, and regulated financial services means he understands both sides of the onboarding equation — the client experience and the institutional requirements that shape it. He joined HPT Group having worked within compliance and client management functions at regulated advisory firms, where he developed a forensic understanding of what banks, service providers, and regulators require at the point of engagement.
At HPT Group, Jack manages the entire onboarding journey for every new client: from initial qualification and due diligence coordination through to documentation, service provider introductions, and ensuring the transition from prospect to active engagement runs without friction. His systematic approach means that by the time a client reaches the advisory stage, every procedural and compliance requirement has already been handled — leaving the senior team to focus entirely on delivering the advice.
