Our commitments
What you can expect from us
- 01
One senior adviser, start to finish
The same senior adviser leads your matter from the first call to the last filing.
- 02
You know the fee before we start
We agree it in writing. If the work changes, we agree the change first.
- 03
We plan the banking before we form anything
We work out where the structure will bank before a single company is set up.
- 04
We check your reporting early
CRS, DAC8, CFC and similar rules are reviewed at the start, not on filing day.
- 05
Our advice comes in writing
A clear memorandum that your bank, auditor and counsel can follow.
- 06
We stay on after set-up
Annual filings, renewals and rule changes are handled as part of the relationship.
Fees agreed in writing before work begins. Where a bank or provider pays us for an introduction, we tell you before the introduction is made.
Situations we help with
How we would approach a matter
Examples of the situations we work on. They do not describe specific clients.
The situation
A family with businesses, property and investments plans a move to the UAE and wants one succession plan for three generations.
How we would help
We review residence for each family member, compare DIFC and ADGM foundations, and keep the operating businesses separate from the family structure.
What you receive
A memorandum with the options, costs and timetable, an outline family charter, and introductions to banks.
How a structure is documented
Every company has a reason to exist and a place to bank
We set out both in a memorandum, with the reporting each entity triggers, before anything is formed.
How we engage
Four stages, one at a time
Choose a stage to see what happens, how long it takes and what you receive.
A short application tells us who you are, what you need and where.
- How long
- About three minutes. We aim to reply within 48 hours.
- What you receive
- A reply from a senior adviser and, if we are the right firm, a call.
Fixed fees, agreed in writing before work begins. Advice from £1,500.
